Dear Friends,
With your generous support, we are able to transform the lives of many girls by educating them menstrual health and reached more than 2000 girls and women this year. Our beneficiaries comprise with school girls, community girls and women. Our menstrual project aims to end period poverty by promoting menstrual hygiene awareness, improving menstrual health of the girls & women and developing taboo free community.
Today, we share with you the story of one of our beneficiaries, 13 years old Kavita (name changed), who experienced her first period last month and took care of her period by herself. She didn’t afraid with her first period like her elder sister did and confidently did all the routine work. Actually, she attended one of IDF's menstrual awareness workshops in her school and knew about the menstruation in details. Kavita is now a happy and confident girl who motivates other girls of her age to follow hygiene practices during periods.
Thank you for your support and changing the lives of many girls and women. We will continue to keep you updated about our ongoing work and forthcoming events.

Many thanks and regards,
Team IDF
