Another chance to make a difference.
By Peter de Laat | Project Leader
Hi dear donors & friends,
A long time that we had an update with good news, but today we received the donatios of July Bonus day and 3 big donations came in so we can work further on this project. Thank you very much for this!
In our last report we talked about plans for making the people more self supporting with rainwater collection; this is what we investigate further and we report back on the developments in the coming months.
Hope we can come with postive news and you can join any moment to bring this project to the next level.
Best Regrads,
Pendaeli Amos & Peter de Laat

Hi dear (new) donors and friends,
Thank your for reading our reports, we are always happy to inform you on our journey!
We would to take the oppertunity to evaluate the water project this year; we have donated some rolls to make a water tap, but we heard that the water costs money to tap. It is not much, but every bit of money saved, makes the live easier of these people.
The idea is to make the people more self sufficient by handing out water barrels to collect rainwater from their own roofs. They can use that for drinking (after boiling) but for watering the plant or trees in the dry period it is perfect. We gonna investigate what the size of the barrels must be and how much budget is neccesarry to start. The location is not yet known, but we will communicate with the ECC (Environmental Conservation Committee) to monitor this project too.
Hope you will support this change of plans and we let you know how it evolves.
Best Regards,
Pendaeli Amos and Peter de Laat

Hi Dear donors,
Another 3 months have passed and because we had no donations we couldn't work on this project. Clean water is a neccesary asset to devellop a community. Lucky we see other organisations working on project WASH in Arusha, which brings clean water and sanitation to schools. In this we can give girls health edcuation, because reusable sanitary pads have to be washed, want without water and soap it is not going to work.
So together we can make this happen; villages farther away from Arusha still don't have acces to clean water and we can provide this by supporting them with pipes to bring the water to the village.
Hope you have a great holiday season and we hope to see you all again in 2025.
Best Regards,
Pendaeli Amos and Peter de Laat
