Dear Donors,
Thank you for your interest in the Give Kids First-Time Computer Touch and Learning project. At this time, no donations have been received, so the planned computer training and learning activities have not yet begun.
Across many rural communities in Nigeria, children continue to grow up without access to computers or basic digital skills. Many schools do not have the facilities or resources to introduce students to technology, leaving them behind in a world where such skills are becoming more important.
This lack of exposure affects their confidence and limits their ability to explore new learning opportunities. As they grow older, many struggle to compete with peers who have had early access to digital tools.
This project is designed to introduce 500 children to computers for the first time through hands-on training. They will learn basic computer use, simple coding, and how to access learning materials that can support their education.
With these skills, children can improve their learning, explore new ideas, and prepare for future opportunities that require digital knowledge.
We appreciate your time in learning about this effort and remain hopeful that support will come so this training program can begin and reach children who need it most.
Sincerely,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
