Beth Wairimu is a former student of Ikumbi secondary school.she grew up with her siblings in Kinyona,Muranga District.we met her in form one after she sat for her Kenya Certificate of primary Education and her parents could not raise the funds to cater for her school fees.Being a hardworking girl,Beth could help her parents afer school with house chores after school.
we paid her a home visit and met her siblings and the parents,who are small scale farmers and totally depends on casual labour.Her humility and desire to pursue her dream inspired us and took her to join the rest of our sports for change kids.
She sat for her Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education and did well.She enrolled in Thika Institute if business studies where she's pursuing a diploma in Hotel and catering management.Her high level of discipline and ambitions has helped her a gread deal in her studies as its potrayed in her Exams every en of semester.
Beth has been to her industrial training in Sentrim Hotels and lodges in Amboseli,Kajiado county.she is supposed to clear her course come september and be the best of the hoteliers we have as she desires.
Her success so far has been attributed to by our sports for change friends and supporters who has always seen to it that she sticks to school as required by providing school fees in time.
we cant wait to see her succeed as it has always been our desire to give hope and life to needy kids by investing i their education.
To all our esteemed friends and supporters we are grateful for your continued support and we are looking forward to doing more together and save the whole society by providing quality education to needy kids.
