The program aims to provide laptops and tablets to children who have lost one or both parents due to the war in Ukraine. Many families had to leave their homes and lack resources to purchase these devices, which are essential for education and accessing information in today's Ukrainian realities. The project aimed to alleviate the burden on these families by providing them with the necessary tools for online education and participation in therapeutic and educational programs offered by the fund.
Many children in Ukraine are experiencing displacement, and have financial issues. Gadgets are crucial for their online education, which has become the primary mode of schooling in Ukraine due to safety concerns. Additionally, families with multiple children often have to share a single device, severely limiting their ability to attend online lessons and access educational resources. Limited resources hinder children's academic progress and well-being, increasing challenges they already face.
This project aims to solve the problem by providing laptops and tablets to children who have lost their parents in the war. These devices will enable them to access online education, information, and participate in the fund's therapeutic and educational programs.
The potential long-term impact is that by providing these devices, we empower these children to overcome educational barriers, broaden their knowledge, and develop essential digital skills. This, in turn, opens doors to better opportunities and enhances their educational outcomes. By investing in their education and access to information, we contribute to their long-term personal and professional growth, enabling them to break the cycle of adversity and build a brighter future.
