A Story of Resilience
Ivan, Fedir, and Oleksandra's lives were filled with excitement and achievements until the war disrupted their world. After losing their father, a courageous volunteer, they faced profound grief and uncertainty. Their father's dedication extended to volunteering, leading convoys to evacuate families from Kharkiv, despite the constant threat of enemy fire. Tragically, he fell under enemy attack, succumbing to his injuries.
The Children of Heroes Charity Foundation embraced Ivan, Fedir, and Oleksandra, providing them with care and warmth. This year, Ivan began university, while Oleksandr and Fedir returned to school, needing gadgets for their studies. The foundation recognized that these children deserve every opportunity to realize their potential and provided them with laptops just before the school year began.
With your help, we can ensure that more children like Ivan, Fedir, and Oleksandra have the resources they need to overcome challenges and pursue their dreams. Every contribution warms the hearts of those in need and makes a lasting impact on their lives.
To date, 1,378 children have received laptops or tablets for remote studying from Children of Heroes since March 2022.
In today's educational landscape, these gadgets are more than a device; they are lifelines. They allow children to access online therapy, participate in lessons, and access vital educational resources. But many families cannot afford these devices, leading to multiple children sharing one gadget, severely limiting their learning potential.
This project provides the solution. By donating, you provide laptops and tablets to these children. Your support empowers them to overcome educational barriers, acquire essential digital skills, and opens doors to better opportunities. Every donation makes a profound impact, offering these children access to a brighter future.
