Globally, current generation is facing STEM talent crisis, primarily due to an under-resourced STEM education system in certain under-privileged areas . This is contributing to the decline in the interest among the younger generation and potentially could generate a huge gap in the future demand for the STEM skilled workforce. Our mission is to motivate and trigger interest in Youth around the world by introducing them to interesting way of learning technology in their field of interest.
There is currently a Global crisis around the world for qualified workers to fill in the vacancies that rely on STEM skills. Based on some internet research, in STEM jobs availability, job postings outnumber unemployed people by 2 to one. Another research shows that only 1/5 th of school students around the Globe are interested in pursuing a career in STEM. At this rate, there will be a huge scarcity of innovators in the future , which indirectly impacts the global economy sustainability.
By providing FREE STEM education to the kids in the under-privileged areas, our program can create interest in the younger children who have interest in STEM program, but cannot afford to buy various experiment kits to fulfill their STEM career dreams. Our club leaders are planning to conduct many workshops at different locations in the world where there is a need to motivate the youth and encourage them to learn , be creative and spread the knowledge in their communities to keep the mission ON!
Our society (Globally) will have youth with stronger STEM skills which will indirectly benefit the future generation. The kids who are trained now will start training the younger generation and the core mission of this program is to continue spreading the knowledge by establishing new science club communities around the world . This way, it will continue to outreach many more communities and bring social awareness and contribute to a stronger STEM society!
