Create Healing & Resilience for Ukrainian Families

Thanks to your generous support, Healing Base Camp Kaprun 2025 is officially set for August 2025! Our partner hotel is reserved exclusively for our camp, ensuring a dedicated space for healing and connection.

Over two weeks, Mountain Seed Foundation will host two separate week-long camps, each welcoming 10-15 Ukrainian military families. These families—comprising children (ages 5-17), a veteran parent, and their spouse—will participate in a carefully designed healing program that combines:

•Five days of climbing activities to foster resilience and confidence

•Psycho-educational group sessions for emotional support

•Art therapy to encourage self-expression

•Community-building time to strengthen bonds with others facing similar challenges

Expanding Our Reach

Beyond Kaprun, we are making long-term investments in Ukraine. Construction is underway for a new climbing site that will allow us to host additional camps, bringing this transformative experience to even more Ukrainian families.

Additionally, we recently launched our third Mini Base Camp Program inside Ukraine. This initiative provides military children with a safe space to climb while their mothers meet with a therapist in a supportive group setting—equipping them with valuable coping strategies.
