Hello,
Over the last months of the past year, our team traveled to Barú, a remote community in Colombia where children have very limited access to healthcare.
During this health brigade, we served 321 children and delivered 1,974 medical consultations across key specialties, including pediatrics, pediatric surgery, optometry, pediatric orthopedics, ENT, dermatology, pain management, and nutrition.
We also distributed essential supplies such as medicines, vitamins, infant formula, dermatological creams, sunscreen, and clothing, helping address both immediate and ongoing needs.
Follow-up care is already underway, including surgeries, treatments, medications, and eyeglasses. Some interventions are still pending, and continued support is needed to ensure every child completes their treatment.
Thank you for helping us bring quality healthcare to children in remote communities.
Help us continue their care
