Dear Donor,
Thanks to your generous support, we were able to provide food assistance to a rural primary school in Tororo District, helping more than 400 children access nutritious meals for a complete school term.
For a child experiencing hunger during the school day, concentrating on lessons can be difficult. Hunger can affect energy, participation, and the ability to remain focused in class.
Providing school meals therefore supports both nutrition and education.
The food assistance also provides meaningful relief to families who may struggle to meet all household needs. By supporting children at school, we are helping create a more supportive learning environment while addressing an immediate challenge.
Every meal served is an opportunity for a child to learn with greater comfort and dignity.
