Is has not been easy with our work in completing the new water system at Twifo Osenegya. But through the effort of project community members and local fund raising, we managed to raise some funds to procure the electric pump and accessories to complete the water system. Water is now flowing from the water system at the Osenegya community. The water system is going to serve about 320 people in the community including women and children. According to Mavis (not real name) she is now happy with her five children as well as members of the community. They believe access to the clean water would improve their lives and make live easy as they would no more walk long distance to fetch unclean water for their domestic uses. They are full of praises to TRYAWCO and the donors for making this possible.
Presently we are looking for funds to start new water systems in the identified project communities. We are therefore appealing to our cherish donors to continue to donate to our project to enable us start work on the new water systems. We are drawing close to the dry season starting from mid-November and we need the support of you all to help us make this possible in fixing the water system in the communities.
