According to Covid-19 pandemic and outbreak in Cambodia become worst and worst for many months. However, our students don’t expect that the situation will be back after covid-19 infection. Students feel very exciting to come back to school after almost a year. Please see our students share their emotion and feeling about classroom learning for the last few months..
Access to school
All our teachers and students are very happy after hearing that our school is allowed to reopen for classroom learning and allowed to run its operation, teachers and students accessed to our learning center. They asked and visited their school.
School preparation for classroom learning
We prepare our facilities, classrooms, chairs and tables…etc to be cleaned for school reopening after long time effected by covid-19. It is in a rush for school preparation after hearing and allowing from the government for all schools can start run their classroom learning. All staff, teachers and some students come to help.
Panha, one of our students express his feeling to be back at school for classroom learning. “I am very happy to hear that my school is allowed to reopen for classroom learning. I am thrill and excited to meet my teacher, and my friends. I can ask my teacher when I don’t understand the lessons easier than online learning. I am looking forward to studying at school very soon. However, online learning is another option while school closing”.
Covid-19 recovering project
During the school closure, we supported some families and students who come from disadvantaged families. They have no job and income at all for many months because of covid-19. We offered them rice, sauces and other food materials. They are very happy with the offer.
In the next three months, we will start classroom learning. We will proceed our administration and apply for our license for school reopening. We are going to recruit students and test them before they ca start to enter their classes based on ages and levels.
