El hambre y la desnutricion debido al casi nulo acceso a la comida en cantidad y calidad. 2. Sin acceso a servicios basicos como agua limpia, salud y educacion. 3. Comercio (venta o trueque) y ahorro derivan del autoabasto.

Solution

Through: 1.Collective work: cornfields, orchards, poultry farms, bread ovens, mushroom greenhouses, piloncillo factories. 2.Local marketing processes /barter of vegetables, corn, eggs, beans, bread, mushrooms and piloncillo surpluses, represents savings for self-consumption or sales profits. 3.Technical training/follow-up for the implementation of sustainable ecotecniques(backyard orchards, fertilizers, firewood-saving ovens, environmentally friendly piloncillo factories, mushroom greenhouses)

Long-Term Impact

Development of social organizational skills- Collective production management and economic resources. Improved installed capacities and technical/administrative skills- strengthened infrastructure and production of the ecotecniques.
