Dear donors and the GlobalGiving platform,
We are pleased to share an update on the progress of our project and the use of donated funds.
In December 2025, the AYALA Private Charity Foundation financed the purchase of six ampoules of the medication Lucentis, which were distributed to two regional hospitals in Kazakhstan:
the Karaganda Regional Clinical Hospital, and
the Kokshetau Multidisciplinary Regional Hospital.
Each hospital received three ampoules of the medication. The cost of the medicine supplied to each hospital amounted to 625,875 KZT, bringing the total cost of the purchase to 1,251,750 KZT. The delivery of the medication was completed in February 2026.
Part of the funds used to purchase the medication for the Kokshetau hospital came from donations raised through the GlobalGiving platform, with the remaining half of the cost covered by one of the corporate sponsors of the AYALA Foundation.
The full amount of 625,875 KZT required for the Karaganda Regional Clinical Hospital was fully financed through donations collected via GlobalGiving.
For transparency and reporting purposes, we are attaching two financial documentation packages. Each package includes the following documents:

Payment order
Acceptance and transfer act signed between the hospital, the foundation, and the supplier
