A Message from the Heart
When a young girl loses her parents, she doesn’t just lose a home; she loses her protector, her guide, her safe world. In Pakistan, this heartbreak deepens when orphaned girls are refused marriage because they cannot afford a dowry.
They grow up watching others build families while their dreams fade in silence.
At Moses Welfare Foundation, we believe no girl should suffer twice, once from losing her parents, and again from losing her chance at love.
Through this project, we turn their tears into hope by arranging dowry-free weddings that restore dignity, joy, and belonging.
The Challenge
In many parts of Pakistan, marriage is tied to dowry demands, cash, furniture, gold, or gifts. For orphaned girls, this is an unbearable wall they cannot climb.
Without parents or savings, they face rejection, humiliation, and loneliness.
They are often labeled as “unmarriageable.”
These girls dream not of luxury,y just a loving husband, a home, and respect.
But tradition often denies them that simple happiness.
1 in 3 orphaned girls in poor communities remain unmarried.
Some are exploited, some forced into early or abusive unions.
Many live their entire lives unseen, unheard, and unloved.
This is the injustice we are determined to end.
Our Mission: Love Without Price
Through your kindness, Moses Welfare Foundation organizes dowry-free marriages for orphaned girls, simple, dignified, and full of love.
We find caring, responsible grooms, arrange weddings, and provide a small household starter kit so the couple can begin life together with peace and pride.
Each wedding becomes a celebration of equality and compassion, not wealth or status.
How We Do It
Identify & Verify genuine orphaned girls through community networks.
Matchmaking & Counseling to ensure responsible and compatible partners.
Organize the Wedding, simple, beautiful ceremonies celebrating love, not dowry.
Starter Kit Gift bedding, clothes, utensils, and essentials for the new home.
Post-Marriage Follow-Up to ensure the couple’s safety, stability, and happiness.
Our Promise
50 orphaned girls will be married with dignity every year.
No dowry will ever be asked or accepted.
Each wedding will stand as a public message against injustice.
