Help Save lives in Mali through clean birth kits

We are excited to share the impact your support has made in the lives of women and children in rural communities. Many of the women we serve do not have access to functioning health centers, and when they do, those facilities are often unequipped to handle safe deliveries. Through your generosity, we are able to step in with clean birth kits and training for traditional birth attendants, ensuring mothers and babies have a safer start to life.

Thanks to your donations, we recently distributed 5 clean birth kits to expectant mothers in underserved areas. These simple but life-saving kits provided the tools needed for a clean and safe delivery, helping to prevent deadly infections and complications. We are thrilled to report that 12 lives were saved through their use, including two sets of twins born to women who received the kits!

Beyond providing the kits, our team also continues to raise awareness about clean hygiene practices during childbirth. This empowers mothers, families, and birth attendants to make safer choices and protect both mothers and newborns. Every kit and every training session brings us closer to our mission of reducing maternal and infant mortality in Mali.
