We are excited to share some wonderful updates with you! Since our last report in May, we’ve not only completed a new bedroom for our directors’ daughters, but we also added a fully equipped kitchen with a roofed deck. This new space is truly beautiful—a place where the family can live, work, and find much-needed rest.
This summer, we were blessed by two incredible volunteer teams—one from Colorado in June and another from Oregon in August. They contributed both their time and financial resources to help make this project possible. In addition, we utilized funds generously provided through GlobalGiving, and we were able to create valuable local jobs throughout the construction process.
Now, our directors and their family have a place they can truly call home on the Seed of Hope property. Already, the space is being used in inspiring ways:
Preparing and sharing meals with the children
Teaching kids to cook and learn life skills
Tutoring and supporting them with schoolwork in the new dining room
Offering the directors a quiet place to complete government paperwork and host staff meetings
Providing a much-needed refuge of rest and encouragement
What started as a building project has blossomed into a thriving environment where staff and children can gather, learn, and grow together.
We are overjoyed with the outcome—and deeply grateful to you. Your support has turned this vision into reality, and it is making a daily difference in the lives of our staff and children. Thank you for partnering with us to create a space that nurtures hope, learning, and love.
