KINDLY DONATE TO SAVE ANAEMIC CHILDREN AND MOTHERS

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our esteemed donors for the support towards our projects especially this of saving anaemic children and mothers in the Eastern region and Uganda at large.

We very well know how important blood is, especially to the anaemic patients in the region. we usually receive too many patients with very low HB being referd in here from various facilities due to lack of blood. simply because most facilities are illegally selling blood and its a challenge to our poor patients who cannot raise money to pay for blood which is supposed to be for FREE in each and every facility, BUT NOT! So they end up coming to whispers for free treatment and transfusion.

Good thing in the past three months we organised a blood camp where we got some blood donors and we were able to give them some bars of soap, biscuits and sodas.

Also since we opened up our sickle cell clinic like three months back, we have had a good turn up of patients in need of blood because the sickle cell patients are transfused oftenly. which is an alert that we have to have blood in our blood bank in order to save more lives.

Last month we were able to transfuse 149 patients in paediatric department only, and 14 in maternity department for the month of August.

With your continous donation, we have been able to raise  $ 3,530 out of $18,000 goal and its with this donation that we have been able to save many anaemic patients in Uganda.

We appreciate you so much for your generous donation towards this project. Your donation will help save many lives of anaemic children and mothers in Uganda.
