Our Conexion Natural podcast is our latest effort to bring people an honest and human conversation about sustainability. We want to interview the people behind the companies and ngos, and hear from them what their professional challenges are and how they mix their personal convictions with corporate interests. This is a podcast for specialists, sustainability leaders, decision makers and experts that want to hear more and learn about how other leaders deal with sustainability challenges.
Many organizations have a focus on the consumer, and try to generate environmental awareness "downstream" once problem already exist, but many decisionmakers, companies and other colaborators have to figure things out way before that. We want to deliver deeper conversations with those types of leaders, to learn from them and broadcast it so other leaders can learn from their peers, work more efficiently and collaboratively, share information and together push for systemic change.
For eight years we have been transmitting, comunicating, educating and presenting to different types of people, but we can only be in so many places. Social media is very much end-user focused (waste generator) and does not allow us to dive deeper in sustainability challenges, question certain programs or goals or support upstream decisionmakers. We believe that this media format based on respectful conversations with upstream leaders is a niche that has a far greater impact than people expect.
More interconnected networks of environmental leaders in all types of organizations. To lower barriers for collaboration and make sustainability conversations available for all to hear and learn from. Its a key strategy for our organization to produce our own content and not depend on third parties or radio stations.
