Volunteers are the backbone of humanitarian work, playing a vital role in delivering services and responding to community needs. To strengthen their capacity and develop future leaders, Alkhidmat Foundation initiated Flagship Season 11, a structured one-month program for selected volunteers.
This program brings together 50 dedicated participants, providing them with training in leadership, teamwork, communication, and community service. Through interactive sessions, workshops, and practical activities, volunteers are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to effectively contribute to humanitarian initiatives.
