Dear Donors,
Thank you for your generosity and solidarity with families who have sacrificed so much in service to the nation. Your support brings renewed hope to veterans’ households facing deep hardship.
Across Nigeria, many veterans were unlawfully discharged or retired without pension benefits, including those who served in the fight against Boko Haram terrorism. As a result, their families struggle to afford basic needs such as food, healthcare, and school fees. Children are being forced out of school, while parents suffer untreated illnesses due to lack of medical access. The “Help Veterans’ Families With Health & School Fees” project will support 500 struggling veterans’ families with one-year school fees, books, uniforms for children, and essential healthcare for parents.
By easing these financial pressures, families can regain stability. Children will remain in classrooms, protected from dropout and child labor, while parents receive medical care that allows them to stay active and support their households.
Although the initial donations received are appreciated, additional support is needed to kickstart the project and begin delivering health and education assistance. With continued support, we can honor veterans’ service by protecting their families, restoring dignity, and helping them build healthier, more secure futures.
Warm regards,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
