Hope, Opportunity for 3,200 kids in Eastern Europe

Though our work we bring physical, material and spiritual support to: 

• families in crisis
• children living with disabilities
• orphans, and social orphans (where living parents may be in re-habilitation care or in prison)
• and children living in conflict zones

Petro is one of the children we support, thanks to your kind donation. After a terrible accident Petro was left with horrific scarring on his chest. He constantly needs skin transplant operations, as he grows quickly and his skin stretches. Nights have become more or less calm, mum doesn’t need to wake up so often to lubricate the skin, which keeps breaking.

The family has to travel 3 times a week to another town in order to receive special treatment.So much of their meagre income is now spent on the treatment of his wounds.

The family can't cope with the expenses for his treatments. ChildAid supports the family financially, providing clothes and food. Petro recently had two complicated transplant operations and he now slowly recovers.
