The humanitarian situation in Ukraine remains extremely tense. Ongoing Russian attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure continue to leave entire communities without electricity, water supplies, and heating – sometimes for days at a time. These outages are especially dangerous as they occur amidst sub-zero temperatures, putting the most vulnerable at serious risk.
In response, we have once again intensified our emergency relief efforts for vulnerable groups in the Kharkiv region. We are currently mobilizing resources to provide elderly people, individuals with limited mobility, and newly evacuated families with essential support, including Non-Food Item kits, Ready-to-Eat kits, food parcels, and hygiene supplies.
At the same time, we are continuing our vital support to single parents of babies and infants through our Mom-Mobile project, ensuring that families with very young children receive targeted assistance during this extremely challenging time.
We have also launched a new partnership with X-Traverse to support local residents of frontline villages with bread. They distribute the bread during their visits to frontline villages with their mobile clinic, thereby reaching people in some of the most isolated and hard-hit areas with life-sustaining support.
None of this work would be possible without the commitment and generosity of our donors. Your support allows us to respond quickly, flexibly, and effectively to the needs of people who are struggling to survive in unimaginable conditions.
Thank you for standing with the people of Ukraine. If you are able, we kindly ask you to continue supporting our work with a donation – so that together, we can bring warmth, food, and hope to those who need it most.
