Through your donation we have been able to accomplish many goals and continue working towards to offering an affordable and quality education that fosters the professional and personal development of the young beneficiaries. You truly make the difference for us, and we are extremely grateful!
We continue to invest in the comprehensive education of students and the promotion of co-curricular activities.
We are pleased to inform to you that the Dominican Republic's Ministry of Education (MINERD) has recognized the school for its excellent performance in the "English For a Better Life" program, taught by foreign language teachers and technicians trained in the Education First (EF) digital platform.
This program offers students intensive exposure to the English language through classes that utilize interactive methodologies, teaching resources, and highly trained teachers. The course is structured in two components: two hours of work on the Education First (EF) platform and two hours of classroom activities, which include educational games, reinforcement of concepts, and topics tailored to different levels.
Currently, 332 students are participating in the program, allowing them to develop their language skills. This initiative represents a valuable opportunity to increase the employability of high school students upon completion of their studies, providing them with better life prospects.
Each student's progress is continuously monitored by their teachers through the Education First (EF) platform, ensuring personalized follow-up. In addition, the performance of participating schools is monitored across the board to ensure optimal results
In the other hand, we started to improve the sport facilities, specifically we are roofing the basketball and volleyball court. Our goal is to get a more suitable space for sports practices and at the same time can be used for other activities and events.
