Invite a child in need one healthy meal

It gives us great pleasure to greet you again and share with you what we have done in recent months thanks to the generosity of people like you. In the month of July, we celebrated our annual graduation event, where we gathered to congratulate our children and youth who are advancing a school year. We also celebrated the efforts of families and children who were able to advance in their life plans during their stay at the Institution and successfully reached the level to graduate from our organization.

The children, youth and families who graduate are prepared and strengthened in different areas of their lives (emotional, physical, cognitive and social) to live in a harmonious and autonomous way. The main objective of our Institution is, precisely, to achieve that they can use their own skills and strategies in their life goals autonomously.

During the time our users are in the homes of our institution, they are involved in activities and workshops to develop life skills such as managing their financial resources, materials, care of the house, knowledge about nutrition to prepare their food properly and can help them stay healthy both themselves and their own families. All these acquired knowledge and skills become meaningful when they graduate and face the challenges of adult and working life. We are very proud to see that their efforts to learn and stay strong are paying off in their lives.

We thank you infinitely for being part of our team and for your contribution to make all these changes happen.

Un momento para celebrar a nuestros niños y jóvenes

Nos da mucho gusto saludarte nuevamente y compartirte lo que hemos hecho en estos últimos meses gracias a la generosidad de personas como tú. En el mes de julio, celebramos nuestro evento anual de graduaciones, en el que nos reunimos para congratular a nuestros niños y jóvenes que avanzan un año escolar. También festejamos por los esfuerzos de familias y niños que lograron avanzar en sus planes de vida trazados durante su estancia en la Institución y alcanzaron de manera satisfactoria el nivel para egresar de nuestra organización.

Los niños, jóvenes y familias que egresan se encuentran preparadas y fortalecidas en distintas áreas de sus vidas (emocional, física, cognitiva y social) para vivir de una manera armónica y autónoma. El principal objetivo de nuestra Institución es, precisamente, lograr que ellos puedan usar sus propias habilidades y estrategias en sus metas de vida de manera independiente.

Durante el tiempo en que se encuentran nuestros usuarios en las Casas de nuestra Institución, se involucran en actividades y talleres para desarrollar habilidades para la vida como la administración de sus recursos económicos, materiales, cuidado de la casa, conocimientos sobre nutrición para preparar sus alimentos de manera adecuada y pueda ayudarles a mantenerse sanos tanto ellos como sus propias familias. Todos estos conocimientos y competencias adquiridas adquieren sentido al egresar y enfrentarse a los desafíos de la vida adulta y laboral. Estamos muy orgullosos de ver que sus esfuerzos por aprender y mantenerse fuertes están teniendo resultados en sus vidas.
