Tiruppur district is important to be considered for Education, as
this district is known for its industries in the garments export.
A lot of job employment opportunities can be utilized, if only the
students' abilities and capabilities are increased.
In this direction, on 13th of June, Isha Vidhya formally inducted
six schools of Tirupur district in the Government School Support
Program with the help and support of Dixcy Textiles.
The inaugural function was conducted at the Government
Boys Higher Secondary school, Uthukuli. The headmasters
of the six schools, Tamilnadu GSSP Project Head, academic
Coordinators, Teachers, the HR from Dixcy Textiles Limited
and about 140 students from the Uthukuli Boys Higher
Secondary School joined us for the program.
The Chairman of Vikas Vidhyalaya Matric Higher Secondary
School Mr. Andavar, and the Ex-President of the Uthukuli
Panchayat, Mr. Ravichandran graced the occasion as
the chief guests.
Shares Mr. Boopathy, the GSSP Project Head of Tamilnadu:
"It was a moment of joy and happiness that we are increasing
in number with the support of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Tamilnadu
education department. Today we have achieved 100% results in
S.S.L.C and through the remedial teaching methods is a marked
improvement in students overall performance."
