This project will support 120 children in an impoverished community by replacing the school's roof, which is currently compromised due to the presence of asbestos and leaks in several areas. Additionally, extra classrooms are needed to support the community that has 7,500 school-aged children with only this one school to educate them.
The school building is in a state of disrepair and in dire need of repair. The roof contains asbestos and leaks when it rains. Additional classrooms are needed to help accommodate the growing needs of the community. This is the only school in this impoverished community and the only opportunity for education for these children.
