Former research dogs are different.
Born into harm.
Not destined for JOY.
They are different.
They march through illness to LIVE.
They march through fear to LEARN.
Through DARKNESS to LIGHT.
If we were former research dogs - we’d be bitter, we’d be angry, we’d bite back.
We would march backwards for revenge.
Former research dogs are different.
Sick or scared, they march towards LOVE.
They rattle our cages with FORGIVENESS.
They are different.
They MARCH ON.
Bart spent 7 years in a testing facility and has come so far since The Beagle Alliance’s Wild West Rescue a few months ago. He is under veterinary care and in the process of being adopted by his forever family.
