The Wazee renovations have been fully completed!
Over the past few weeks the Moshi team have been busy with painting, and completed all works, including:
-outside structural updates
-outside base layer and top layer
-clearing doorways and balconies
-painting floors and inside balconies
The launch took place with an official ‘unveil’ of the wall and the renovations to the Wazee, including the Moshi Municipal Director, partners, supporters and community members.
Mama Temba, Executive Director of Help the Aged, Kilimanjaro Region said ‘Many organizations and institutions forget about the Wazee but The Happy Africa Foundation and African Impact has put effort and energy into working with some of the most vulnerable in our society. They mustn’t be forgotten about – thank you for working so hard.’
