The Literacy Programs for 800 Rural Children project has made a promising start with $1 raised toward the $6,000 fundraising goal, leaving $5,999 still needed to fully implement the initiative. We are grateful to the 1 generous donor who have demonstrated their support for improving literacy opportunities for vulnerable children in rural Niger State. While the current funding level is still far below the project's financial target, every contribution is an important step toward making quality literacy education accessible to children who need it most. As fundraising efforts continue, preparations for project implementation and community engagement are underway. Additional financial support will enable the procurement of learning materials, the training of local literacy facilitators, and the establishment of safe learning spaces. We remain committed to mobilizing more donors and partners to ensure the project reaches its goal and delivers lasting educational benefits to 800 rural children.
