Thank you for responding to our appeal and giving hope to the children at Mbeere Children's Home.
We were truly overwhelmed with the response this project received. Joselyn, the wife of the late Administrator asked us to pass on this message to you:
"We at Mbeere Children's Home are thanking you for the donation you sent. May the blessing of the Lord always be upon you. Thank you very much."
The funds raised during this appeal will enable Vision Africa to provide much needed support to Joselyn, the staff and the management committee at the home as they continue to care for the children. Longer term plans are being developed and in the next few weeks a meeting will be held with representative of the staff, management committee, children and local community to discuss the way forward.
We have taken the decision to deactivate this project as we currently have sufficient funds to carry out the additional support that Vision Africa is undertaking.
