Burnout Relief for Healthcare Providers in Mexico

We are excited to share more of our project with you! This time we would love to give you a behind the scenes look at what goes into our programming. We have an amazing team of nearly 70 passionate, caring and talented individuals who are dedicated to sharing strategies that help health professionals to build their socioemotional well-being. We are currently running a controlled clinical trial with the aim of demonstrating the effectiveness of the program. About 3,000 health professionals are participating in the study from the states of Nuevo León, Campeche, Oaxaca, Coahuila, Sonora, Guanajuato and Jalisco.

Our team is divided into three main areas. We have a fantastic team that is in charge of coordinating with each state’s Health Ministry, and coordinating the program. We have an evaluation team made up of 30 people who oversee and coordinate a rigorous, world-class evaluation of the program’s impact, and an amazing communications team that keeps everyone on track.  

In teaching the course, we have two main instructors and a support person who share the live online program, along with 17 moderators who support the impactful breakout sessions where medical professionals can share their experience and understanding of the material to apply in their work and life. Additionally, there are 10 tutors who, on a day-to-day basis, respond to questions or doubts any participants may have between the weekly sessions. We are now halfway through the program and are looking forward to sharing the final results with you when the program is completed.
