Mole Mobile 2025 - A Successful Journey

By Joanne Boland | Sr. Manager Fundraising and Events

The Mole Mobile had a very successful 2025 season, reaching communities across Canada and delivering critical early-detection services.

We visited 113 cities in four provinces. British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, and Quebec, and performed a total of 8,253 skin cancer screenings. Through these efforts, 961 suspected melanomas or skin cancers were identified and referred for follow-up care, underscoring the importance of accessible screening programs.

As we look ahead, we are excited to begin planning our 2026 Mole Mobile tour, with a goal of expanding into additional cities, increasing the number of screenings provided, and continuing to raise awareness about the importance of early detection and sun safety.
