Monthly Education Support for 25 Orphan Girls

Project Summary

Every girl deserves the opportunity to learn, dream, and build a secure future. Yet orphan girls from low-income communities in Pakistan often face serious financial barriers that can interrupt or end their education.

Moses Welfare Foundation aims to provide monthly education support to 25 orphan girls by helping cover essential school expenses, including school fees, uniforms, books, stationery, and other learning materials. The project will also monitor attendance, educational progress, and overall well-being.

By helping girls remain in school, the project seeks to reduce the risks associated with school dropout, child labor, exploitation, and early marriage while giving vulnerable girls the opportunity to develop knowledge, confidence, skills, and hope for a better future.

The Challenge

Orphan girls living in financially vulnerable households can face significant barriers to continuing their education. Without adequate financial support, expenses such as school fees, uniforms, books, stationery, transportation, and other educational needs can become impossible for caregivers to manage.

When girls leave school, their opportunities for further education and future employment can become severely limited. Some may also become more vulnerable to child labor, exploitation, early marriage, and continued poverty.

These girls have the potential to learn and succeed, but consistent educational support is essential to help them stay in school.

Our Solution

Moses Welfare Foundation will provide monthly education assistance to 25 orphan girls from vulnerable communities.

Support may include:

  • School fees
  • School uniforms
  • Books and notebooks
  • Stationery and learning materials
  • Essential educational supplies
  • Educational follow-up and attendance monitoring
  • Regular assessment of academic progress
  • Communication with caregivers and schools when appropriate
  • Child safeguarding and well-being monitoring

The project will focus not only on providing financial assistance but also on ensuring that the girls remain engaged in education and receive the support they need to continue learning.

Project Objectives

  1. Support 25 orphan girls to remain in school.
  2. Reduce financial barriers that contribute to school dropout.
  3. Provide essential educational materials and school-related assistance.
  4. Monitor school attendance and academic progress.
  5. Encourage girls to continue their education and develop confidence.
  6. Reduce vulnerability to child labor, exploitation, and early marriage.
  7. Help girls build skills that can contribute to future economic independence.

Target Beneficiaries

The project will directly support 25 orphan girls from vulnerable and low-income communities.

Priority will be given to girls who demonstrate financial need and are at risk of discontinuing their education because of a lack of resources.

Beneficiary selection will be carried out using appropriate eligibility criteria and safeguarding considerations.

Key Activities

1. Education Support

Provide monthly assistance toward essential school-related expenses.

2. Learning Materials

Provide books, notebooks, stationery, uniforms, and other necessary educational materials according to individual needs.

3. Attendance Monitoring

Monitor school attendance to identify challenges that may affect continued education.

4. Academic Progress

Follow students' educational progress and encourage continued participation in school.

5. Family and Caregiver Engagement

Where appropriate, communicate with caregivers to understand barriers affecting girls' education and encourage continued schooling.

6. Safeguarding

Maintain appropriate child-protection and safeguarding practices throughout project implementation.

Expected Results

By the end of the 8-month project period, MWF aims to:

  • Support 25 orphan girls with ongoing educational assistance.
  • Help beneficiaries remain enrolled in school.
  • Provide essential school materials according to need.
  • Improve consistency of school attendance.
  • Strengthen educational continuity for vulnerable girls.
  • Increase girls' confidence and motivation to continue learning.
  • Reduce financial pressures that may contribute to school dropout.

Long-Term Impact

Education can change the direction of a girl's entire life.

By helping 25 orphan girls remain in school, this project can contribute to a future in which they have greater opportunities to pursue higher education, vocational training, employment, and financial independence.

Educated girls are better positioned to make informed decisions, participate positively in their communities, and support their future families. Over time, continued investment in girls' education can help break intergenerational cycles of poverty and vulnerability.

The project therefore represents more than school fees and supplies; it is an investment in dignity, opportunity, confidence, and hope.

Monitoring & Evaluation

Moses Welfare Foundation will monitor the project through:

  • Beneficiary records
  • School attendance information where available
  • Education-support distribution records
  • Academic progress updates
  • Communication with caregivers and schools where appropriate
  • Periodic beneficiary follow-up
  • Project documentation and financial records

Progress will be reviewed throughout implementation so that emerging educational or safeguarding needs can be identified and addressed.

Sustainability

The immediate objective is to prevent financial hardship from interrupting the girls' education. In the longer term, MWF will seek additional donor and community partnerships to continue educational assistance and help beneficiaries progress toward higher education, vocational skills, and employment opportunities.

The project will also seek to encourage regular and monthly donors so that educational support can become more predictable and sustainable.

Donor Impact

Every contribution can help remove one of the financial barriers standing between a vulnerable girl and her education.

A donation can contribute toward:

  • School fees
  • Uniforms
  • Books
  • Stationery
  • Learning materials
  • Other essential education-related needs

Your support can help a girl stay in school today and build a stronger future tomorrow.

Current Fundraising Need

The project has a total fundraising goal of $100,000. MWF has recorded $531 from 5 donations, leaving $99,469 to reach the stated goal.

The last recorded donation was received in June 2026.

Additional support is urgently needed to ensure that the project can provide consistent educational assistance to the 25 beneficiaries during the planned 8-month period.

Conclusion

For an orphan girl, access to education can mean much more than a classroom. It can mean protection, confidence, opportunity, and the possibility of becoming financially independent.

Moses Welfare Foundation believes that poverty or the loss of parents should never permanently determine a girl's future.

Through Monthly Education Support for 25 Orphan Girls, we are seeking partners and donors who will stand with these girls, remove barriers to education, and help them continue learning with dignity and hope.

Together, we can help 25 girls stay in school, keep their dreams alive, and build a brighter future.
