In the last two graduating cohorts (2021 and 2022), there were a total of 89 graduates: 41 in Administration and 48 in ICT.
Among the 48 ICT graduates, 11 are women and 37 are men. This means that only 23% of ICT graduates are women, highlighting a significant gender gap in the program.
Employment Status: Women vs. MenBelow is a breakdown of the employment situation of the 11 female ICT graduates compared to the 37 male graduates (including relative proportions for comparison):
Out of the 11 female ICT graduates, 5 are currently employed (2 in jobs without growth opportunities and 3 in quality jobs).
