Dear Global Giving Donors,
Through my first letter, I would like to express my gratitude to all you for your generosity in funding my school tuition. This help is a great blessing for me. Since I graduated from high school, I always wanted to continue my studies to a college level. But I never had that chance because I had to support my family and no money was left to continue my studies.
Now, I finally have a chance to make my wish become reality. With the funding that I received, I applied to the Institut Bisnis Nusantara. This school is focusing on Economic and Business matters. But they have also other major studies to offer like Communication, IT, Computer and foreign languages. I applied for Accounting under the Economy faculty. I hope by having a degree in Accounting I can improve my work at my office and my quality of life.
My first class started at May 2nd 2015. This semester I have 15 credits to attain.. The subjects are: Business Introduction, Micro Economy, Macro Economy, Business Mathematica and English. I go to campus every Saturday, my class starts at 8am and finishes at 6pm. I take the Employee Classes so I can keep working as Bookkeeper at Yayasan Usaha Mulia on the weekdays.
There are around 20 students in each class, and it gives me the opportunity to have an interaction with the Lecture when I have any difficulty with the lesson. My first mid-term test will be mid-June. I am preparing myself so I can pass the test with good scores.
I am aware of my responsibility to finish my studies and keep my working running as well. I am committed on that. I really appreciate all the help given to me. Once again, I would like to thank all of you for the fund and the opportunity granted to me to continue my studies. Thank you!
