Dear Global Giving Donors,
How are you? I hope this letter finds you well.
It has been a great experience the first semester of college. I was giving many assignments requiring much effort from my side but being meticulous in managing my time of work and study, I had the satisfaction to meet all deadlines.
With your help I was able to purchase the mandatory books and exercise books since those are the ones used for our lessons. The Lecturer also recommended some other additional books to increase our knowledge that hopefully I will be able to purchase some of them in the future, if the conditions allow.
My mid-exam was on the first week of July. I have only received some of the results and I am happy to see those are pretty good grades. I am still waiting for the rest.
Nowadays, I am working in two presentations with three other colleagues. Our working group (see photo) will present two subjects in front of the class: English and Business. These subjects are very interesting to me. My English is far from good and that makes me to improve it. Business is the basic subject that every economic student must learn. I am learning how to make a business and financial plan. I am glad with my lessons because they will be very beneficial to apply later in my life.
After these four months of study, I will have the final examination soon and in September I will start the second semester. For that, I will really need your continuous help, dear donors. I wish to assure you that I am and will be very serious in my studies since I am aware of your valuable support and efforts you are doing in my favor.
Thank you.
