Paridi's Education: a role model for thousands

Dear Global Giving Donors,

The last 3 months has been quite hectic for me as I had to do a short semester, which means that the normal 6 months study had to be finished in a matter of 3 months! Juggling between classes, work and family was not an easy thing.

By the end of this month, I will start my study’s third semester. I cannot believe that I have achieved so many things since beginning my studies one and half years ago. This semester, the number of students in my classes will increase, because the classes are also attended by students from the other batches. Among other things, I will be learning Financial Management, Cost Accounting and Business Mathematics, which are difficult subjects to learn. Many of the students have been in those classes several times already!! However, I personally have a special interest in learning Financial Management. This subject is about how to manage the use of money or funds in an effective and efficient way to accomplish the organization’s goals. This lesson is applied to top management functions and it is very crucial for an organization’s future. In future, I want to be able to manage an organization and my own finances well.

Since the last semester, I have spent much time at the campus library.  I need to read more books and articles relating to my study. The lecturers have given the students the reading book list for each subject that we will take next semester. I want to be well prepared!
