The next step in Transforming Community for Social Change's project in Samburu is to train the person, Simon, from Samburu on Healing and Rebuilding Our Communities (HROC) so that he can introduce and implement this and other peacemaking programs in Samburu County. Through our fundraising efforts on his behalf, TCSC has raised sufficient funds for him to attend the training plus his transportation. The three week training will be from July 7 to 27 and be led by Peter Serete from TCSC and Solange Maniraguha from HROC-Rwanda.
We wish him the best of luck in his travels and at the training.
