The SparshaGuna (healing touch) Physiocare and Wellness Centre started functioning soon after the second wave of the pandemic. We have launched our Physiotherapy services that support beneficiaries across disabilities and those needing therapy and post-operative care both at home and in the centre. Our teams have also been supporting patients who are aged and bedridden with home visits.
We have introduced low-level laser therapy for pain and wound healing in our centre.
Regular physiotherapy intervention for burns, ulcers and musculoskeletal pain is carried out in the centre on regular basis. We have treated regular free physiotherapy for 21 patients in the clinic.
Our physiotherapist visited the Chikkanayakana HalliLeprosy colony and provided physiotherapy for the prevention of deformity and ulcers.
