Earlier this year (2024), Talobeeg Foundation launched this project and mobilized its network to raise funds through GlobalGiving. Within a few weeks, we received feedback from individual donors who were unable to make donations due to an inactive credit card feature/button. We promptly communicated this issue to your team at GlobalGiving, who informed us that our project was capable of receiving donations. On the same day, a $20 donation was made to the project.
However, despite this, our team at Talobeeg and other fundraisers have continued to encounter issues with the payment feature, such as the inability to enter credit/debit card numbers. As a result, our project did not receive sufficient funds to request a transfer, and we have been unable to carry out the planned activities.
