Project Hunger Reaches 5 Million Meals Since 2020
We are excited to share that Project Hunger has now provided over 5 million meals to those in need since its inception in 2020. These meals are distributed through our network of 29 soup kitchens, which receive dry food and gas supplies from us. Every day, these kitchens serve hundreds of individuals facing hunger in their local communities, providing them with essential nourishment and care.
Additionally, since launching our Love Sandwiches project in 2021, we have distributed over 310,000 sandwiches to children at Early Learning Centres we support. For many of these children, the sandwich they receive is the only substantial meal of their day, making a significant difference in their health and well-being.
Our Year-End Feeding Campaign was a great success, and we were able to distribute 230 Buckets of Blessing to families who struggle during the holiday season. These buckets brought immense joy to the families, offering not only food but also hope and a sense of community during Christmas.
