Promote Social Impact Volunteering in Argentina

Dear friends and supporters, 

At Mensajeros de la Paz Argentina, our international volunteering program—Messengers of the World—brings together passionate individuals from all over the globe to take action, foster social change, and support the most vulnerable populations in our communities. This quarter, we experienced firsthand how a small group of dedicated volunteers can make a lasting, tangible difference. 

An Overwhelming Wave of Commitment During the months of June and July, we had the honor of welcoming 7 international volunteers to our programs. From the moment they arrived, they showed an outstanding predisposition to help. They took the time to truly understand the daily challenges and needs we face as an organization, immersing themselves in our mission and working alongside our local teams with empathy, respect, and enthusiasm. 

A Success Story: Nico and the Kitchen Renovation Among these inspiring volunteers was Nico, whose initiative and dedication turned into a beautiful success story. Seeing the daily needs in our food service, Nico decided to take action. On his own initiative, he reached out to Hudson, a well-known brand of pots and kitchen utensils. 

To our absolute delight, the company responded with immense generosity, donating a huge shipment of high-quality pots and kitchenware. Thanks to Nico's proactivity and Hudson's kindness, we were able to completely renovate the kitchen at our Club de Día (Day Center). 

A Space of Nourishment, Connection, and Care The Day Center is a vital community hub where vulnerable older adults gather during the day. Here, they receive a warm, nutritious lunch, share quality time with peers, and participate in a wide range of activities designed to promote active aging—such as neurodevelopment sessions, music therapy, and physical activities. Having a fully renovated and equipped kitchen means we can serve our seniors with the dignity, warmth, and efficiency they deserve, ensuring they feel cared for and valued every single day.
