Antonio is 8 months old and is part of the foster home program in CRAN. Upon admission, our team of professionals decided to start a medical and nutritional process to increase his weight and height.
When Antonio was born, he was in a hospital for 10 days due to his low weight, lack of prenatal care, risk of infection and poor health condition in general.
Through our network of health providers and some agreements with other institutions, Antonio received medical assessment and was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, a condition that keeps food from being absorbed.
Since then, CRAN has given Antonio appropriate medicines and nutritional supplements to treat his condition and to improve his nutritional stability and overall health.
In CRAN we work to reestablish the rights of our children and adolescents. We have a team of professionals who are constantly ensuring that our children achieve physical and mental stability, so that they can grow healthy and happy.
Thanks to you, and with the commitment of the family in his foster home, we have been able to give to Antonio the medical attention, love and the care that he needs.
