Your imprint on the International Day of Education

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

On this International Day of Education, we wish to shed light on Abdullah's story—and there are many more like it—because it reflects the essence of what we aim to achieve through our partnership with you, our contributors. Confined to a wheelchair, Abdullah navigates the confines of his home, his health condition barring him from straying too far without assistance from his family, which prevented him from attending school. However, his health did not stand as a barrier to continuing his education. He decided to return to learning to pursue his ninth-grade certificate, facilitated by the resources provided through Masarat Initiative.

Abdullah's story is not just a narrative of individual challenge but a living testament to the obstacles that can dissipate when efforts unite. Each donation represents a true partnership in building a brighter future for the generations to come. Empowering individuals like Abdullah is possible thanks to your support and belief in our vision.

On this International Day of Education, under "Learning for Lasting Peace," we affirm that our mission extends beyond merely delivering lessons. It is about spreading hope and opportunities in every corner of the communities we serve. As education is fundamental in achieving all Sustainable Development Goals, your support is the cornerstone for the continuity and success of this initiative.

Addressing the issue of educational discontinuity aims to empower beneficiaries intellectually, to play their role in the comprehensive development of their communities, through a sustainable and innovative business model, driven by a set of key factors:

Open Access and Structural Sustainability: The idea is based on creating distinguished educational content with open access, enabling educators to successfully and qualitatively transfer this content to beneficiaries, thanks to the prior preparation of each process. This can replicate education and apply it effectively on a broad scale, even in the absence of a teacher, enhancing the continuity of work and the spread of knowledge.

Technological Tools and Broad Outreach: Technology significantly expands the initiative's reach, allowing education and learning to be replicated for many beneficiaries through a controlled and flexible technological infrastructure.

Human Empowerment and Prosperity: with a focus on enabling individuals to acquire knowledge and develop their skills through four main programs, contributing to improving life and well-being. By empowering individuals and developing their capabilities. Society can flourish and achieve sustainable progress.

Relationships and Partnerships: The strength of Masarat lies in its structure based on building diverse relationships and partnerships, enabling the exchange of resources, expertise, and knowledge among various communities and cultures. This enhances mutual understanding and contributes to achieving sustainable human and social progress.

Together, as contributors, volunteers, and specialists, we have reached over 31,322 students in four years of joint work, totaling 527,616 hours of work with the help of 152 volunteers, and contributions from more than 3,528 contributors—all in pursuit of our goals of combating ignorance and building a competent independent individual through the services we provide.

On this important day, we renew our call for you to continue walking with us on this noble journey. Your contribution have made real difference in the lives of many like Abdullah. Let us unite our efforts to ensure that possibilities are not limited by circumstances and that education remains a right accessible to all, regardless of obstacles.
