Dear donors,
Thank you for your concern for the health of new mothers and their babies in vulnerable communities.
Malaria remains a serious risk, especially in urban slums where access to prevention tools is limited. Many new mothers and their newborns face illness and complications simply because they do not have insecticide-treated mosquito nets to protect them while they sleep. Without this protection, both mothers and babies remain at high risk of malaria, which can be deadly.
This project aims to provide 1,500 mosquito nets directly to new mothers, along with simple guidance on how to use and care for them. By sleeping under these nets, mothers and babies are shielded from mosquito bites, lowering malaria cases and improving overall health.
We sincerely appreciate the donations received so far. At this stage, however, the support is not enough to begin the distribution. We hope that with additional contributions, we will soon be able to protect mothers and their babies from malaria and give them a healthier start to life.
To prospective donors, thank you for considering support. Every donation helps save lives, reduce illness, and give families greater security and peace of mind.
With thanks,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
