Since our last report, the CAPEC ICT program expanded its basic computer training to include teachers and Grade One pupils for this academic year.
Thanks to your support, class teachers will be the first to receive training. Once they have acquired the necessary computer skills, we will focus on providing computer training for Grade One.
The children will be slowly integrated in this early stage to learn how to use IT related skills including binding, photocopying, laminating and paper cutting.
With your help, we are overcoming the many challenges we have encountered with our computer equipment. We hope to get a school generator as soon as funds are available.
We, the ICT program volunteers, and the teachers and kids who are receiving this essential computer training and exposure, say Thank YOU! for YOUR valued support.
