Badr is financially independent
Badr is financially independent

Dear Alhassan’s Donors,

We do highly thank you for your last donation. You are making a noticeable change in people with mobility issues’ lives in Egypt. Providing source of income for a person with physical challenges is a vital tool to have a balanced life that helps him/her to become independent financially and socially.

By your donation, you helped in supporting a family and making them able to live a humanized life. The journey started when Alhassan Foundation met Badr. Badr suffers from muscle atrophy, this medical case causes him weakness and deterioration in the building of the muscles. He lives in a poor area in Egypt which lacks accessibility and acceptance for people with disabilities. He is a permanent wheelchair user. By this, he has not been able to earn money to support his family because of being jobless.

Alhassan Foundation started helping Badr as he has a great potential to become independent and social within his community. By your donation and support, we have been able to provide him a micro developmental project as bringing up goats and selling them. According to this, Badr started to have a small business to earn his life. He became financially and socially independent.

We encourage you to continue supporting us and staying loyal donor to our purpose through subscribing to a monthly recurring donation option. That will help wheelchair users in Egypt be more independent and successful.
