Hala - Tailor shop - Giza
Hala - Tailor shop - Giza

Greetings from Alhassan Foundation to all believers & supporters around the globe,

Thank you our dear donor! With your support and generous donation, we were able to fund more small projects (around $1,200 each). These projects are diverse, productive & successful.

Alhassan FDN finances, monitors & partners in micro & small developmental projects for wheelchair users across all 27 governorates of Egypt. Here’s a couple of the successful stories:

Our first business owner is an ambitious lady, her name is Hala

Location: Giza, Egypt

Injury: Polio.

Project type: Tailor & Handmade products.

Cost: 8,800 LE (less than $500).

Progress: She was born with Polio, but now she can be financially independent after starting her own business to provide sewing services..

Our next business owner is an inspiring man, his name is Mostafa

Location: Gharbyia, Egypt

Injury: Paraplegic.

Project type: Local convenient store.

Cost: 20,000 LE (around $1200)

Progress: he became paraplegic. Yet after the fund, he started to buy some commodities and sell it in a store that he leased. He became independent and support himself.

We have more & more success stories for older & younger persons with disabilities were able to achieve great progress and overcome real challenges, whether they are females & males, old or young, paraplegic or quadriplegic.

We would like to thank each and every one of you for your support. We urge you to continue supporting our cause and stay our enthusiastic donor through subscribing to a monthly recurring donation which will help securing more funds to help wheelchair users in Egypt be financially independent. Please visit our Facebook page to read other success stories:
