Main requests our specialists work with are: dealing with loss, overcoming the effects of stress, PTSD, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, child-parent relationships, problems of adaptation of IDPs, increasing stress resistance.
Our work in Kyiv is aimed at strengthening the families, helping them to form resilience and turn the traumatic circumstances into points of growth. Your contribution will help to maintain the activities of the center for 3 months. During this time approximately 300 individual psychological sessions, 120 psychosocial sessions for children and parents, and 24 departures of mobile team to communities will be held.
Our comprehensive approach will help children and their families cope with what is happening around them, overcome stress, prevent serious and profound trauma, and find inner resources to move forward. Through incremental actions, we are drawing nearer to a future where children are not casualties of war, but instead, become free and happy citizens.
